This flavour combination takes things to a whole other level: Introducing my chocolate and Morello Cherry Cake! A nod to a nostalgic black forest gateaux, this gooey chocolate cake is moist and full of flavour, and filled with indulgent layers of dark chocolate ganache, Morello cherry compote, and vanilla bean buttercream. It is elegantly decorated with vanilla bean buttercream, and topped with yet more dark chocolate ganache and Morello cherry compote. This is what dreams are made of!
